Version: August 3, 2026. These are the default terms for all event registrations; an event-specific page controls if it states different deadlines or amounts.
Written requests received 15 or more days before an event qualify for a full refund less a $10 processing fee. From 14 to 8 days, registrants may choose a 50% refund or 100% future-event credit. Seven or fewer days before the event, no refund is available.
An athlete alone on Registration Checkday may choose a reasonable division move, a 100% future-event credit, or a full registration-fee refund including the processing fee by 5:00 PM local time on Checkday.
If LVL Grappling cancels an event, registrants may choose a 100% refund or a 110% future-event credit. Postponed registrations transfer automatically; a registrant who cannot attend may request a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.
Send written refund requests from the registration email address to mairi@lvlgrappling.com. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
