Refund Policy

Refunds at LVL Grappling are always full, never partial, and go back to the card you paid with.

When you get a refund

If a division does not fill, the refund is automatic and full at the moment registration closes. No emails, no chasing. If you withdraw through the correction process, you receive a full refund. If LVL cancels an event, every registration for that event is refunded in full.

If LVL cancels or postpones an event

If LVL cancels an event, every registration is refunded in full, automatically. If an event is postponed, your entry carries to the new date. If the new date does not work for your family, contact us and we will refund your registration in full.

When you don't get a refund

There is no refund for a missed-weight disqualification, and no refund when a person is removed from the venue for a conduct violation.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first. Refunds we owe are issued in full and without argument.
