By accessing or using the LVL Grappling website, registering for an event, or purchasing any product or service from LVL Grappling Federation, LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Refund, Transfer, and Cancellation Policy, our Code of Conduct, and any event-specific rules. Participation additionally requires execution of our Participant Waiver and Release Agreement.
Event registration is complete only upon receipt of payment and confirmation from LVL Grappling. All refunds, transfers, and credits are governed exclusively by the Refund, Transfer, and Cancellation Policy.
These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
