LVL events are built around young athletes, which means most of the information we hold is about minors and is shared with us by a parent or guardian. We take that seriously. This page explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you control.
Account details for the parent or guardian who registers: name, email, and password. Athlete details needed to run a match: name, date of birth, belt, weight, and academy. Registration and event history. Spectator pass purchases. Messages you send us when you ask a question or request a correction.
We use this information to register athletes, build fair brackets, run weigh-ins, and keep families informed about the events they enter. We contact the parent or guardian, not the athlete.
We do not sell your information. We do not advertise to children or use a minor's data to build marketing profiles. We share details with a third party only when it is needed to run an event you have entered or a service you have asked for, or when the law requires it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. LVL never stores your card number. We keep only what we need to account for the order: the amount, the payment status, and a reference to the transaction.
