Grappling, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, wrestling, and submission grappling involve intense physical contact and inherent risks, including concussion, spinal injury, communicable disease, catastrophic injury, and death. The participant knowingly and voluntarily assumes all such risks.
The participant releases LVL Grappling Federation, LLC and the other Released Parties from claims arising from participation, including claims arising from ordinary negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law.
The participant or parent or guardian authorizes emergency medical care or transportation and accepts financial responsibility for those costs.
A parent or legal guardian signing for a minor consents to participation and agrees to the assumption of risk, release, and indemnification provisions, including the acknowledgment under C.R.S. ยง 13-22-107.
